Our client is a regulated web 3.0 enterprise software provider and blockchain educator. They are currently seeking for a Project Officer / Project Assistant to join their team.
Project Officer / Project Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Involve in project implementation and management including project documents preparation, manage day-to-day project activities and meetings, evaluate and identify potential risk for each project, administrative work, etc.
- Project planning and monitor project progress to ensure milestones and objectives are met
- Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and to keep projects on track
- Provides the option of flexible working hours and the ability to work in-person or remotely
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in events management is preferable
- Experience in project implementation, support and administration is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills including written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates are welcome
