Assistant Manager, Business Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Provides general administration, scheduling and travel arrangement support to CCDO and Head of Innofacturing
  • Acts as the coordinator for Corporate Development Division and Innofacturing Division, and provides administrative support on cross-division activities, events and meetings
  • Coordinates with government departments, customers, associations, federations and universities for senior management activities
  • Coordinates in preparation of reports, documents and presentation materials for management 
  • Collaborates with other teams and stakeholders to support implementation of Corporation-wide/divisional activities and initiatives
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
  • Recognised tertiary education qualification or equivalent; university degree would be an advantage
  • At least 5 years of hands-on work experience preferably in performing administrative duties, supporting senior management and sizable teams
  • Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn and attention to details
  • Good team player and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
