Our client focus on developing vehicle telematics, which in essence means the monitoring of vehicles. Their goal is to help fleet to increase their operating efficiency and to reduce the accident rate. They are looking for a Solution Manager to join their team.
Solution Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support sales and account management team to qualify leads by utilizing in-depth understanding of the value propositions of the company’s solution with relevant to the customer pain points
- Confer with sales and account management teams to confirm understand client requirements and business objectives
- Design and sustainable sales strategies that support objectives of the company in the acquisition, retention and expansion of customer base
- Develop and execute tactic go-to-market actions and plan to ensure achievement of objectives defined by sales strategies including but not limited to sales targets and other performance KPI
- Collect customer requirements, provide strategic advice on using technology and designing technical solutions that best meets the client's requirements to resolving of customer pain points and meeting customer’s business objectives
- Develop technical and functional specifications, design solution and systems ensuring the right architecture and functionality and support technology implementation
- Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain value proposition of company’s products and services to potential customers
- Develop and lead proof-of-concept implementation
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges, resolve technical issues and recommend improvements to ensure successful proof-of-concept implementation
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customer’s queries and requests
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Collaborate with all parties, internal and customers’, to ensure development of project plan to ensure successful and smooth delivery of solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing and Management or relevant field with technical focuses
- 5 years of relevant experience in providing pre-sales solution advisory and support, managing direct corporate customers or channel partners
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to articulate and communicate value proposition of the company products and solutions
- Experience in transportation or vehicle mechanic industry a plus
- Experience with various operating systems and databases
- Having knowledge of Project management is a must
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
- Good time management and interpersonal skills
- A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer service orientation
- EMSD Certificate for Vehicle Mechanic in Electrical and Mechanical is highly preferred
