Providing administrative and clerical support for the division head and members of the division, as well as performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned to assist the operations of the division
Supporting and updating the relevant intranet web content relevant to the division
Arranging all procurements and related activities
Assisting in office management and organization procedures
Requirements:
Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
One year's relevant experience preferred
Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
Good interpersonal and communication skills with effective command of spoken and written English and Chinese
