Our client is a Leading Finance Company, they are currently seeking for a Senior Associate (Human Resources) to join their team.
Senior Associate (Human Resources)
Responsibilities:
- To assist in various HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, learning & development and employee relations
- To prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports
- To work on various HR projects as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business, Human Resources Management or related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in human resources management
- Good people and communication skills, meticulous, and self-motivated
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
