Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate customer service order and arrange on-site support
  • Handle customer claim and suggestion
  • Work with in-house engineers and appointed service partner to provide professional service to customer
  • Manage Channels / Shops repair and installation service orders
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above
  • Experience in customer service or related sector is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skill
  • Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office (including Word and Excel)
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is preferred
