Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Receptionist (7-month contract)

Responsibilities:
  • Handle general office receptionist duties including but not limit to greeting visitors in a professional manner, handling phone calls, mails and courier service, coordinate conference rooms booking and arrange for all catering needs
  • Assist in general administrative duties and support ad hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Putonghua
  • Professional and pleasant phone manner
  • Friendly, responsible and customer service oriented
