Receptionist (7-month contract)
Responsibilities:
Handle general office receptionist duties including but not limit to greeting visitors in a professional manner, handling phone calls, mails and courier service, coordinate conference rooms booking and arrange for all catering needs
Assist in general administrative duties and support ad hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
Diploma or above with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good command of spoken and written in English and Putonghua
Professional and pleasant phone manner
Friendly, responsible and customer service oriented
