Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Platform Co-ordinator (Digitalisation Office)

Responsibilities:

  • To provide customer support to banks in using the HKMA’s IT platform
  • To handle email and telephone enquiries related to banks
  • To assist in data collection and inputting
  • To provide administrative, clerical and logistical support to the division
  • To perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
​​​​​​Requirements:
  • Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
  • At least one year of working experience
  • Knowledge in MS Word & Excel
  • Ability to conduct Chinese word-processing preferable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organised and detail-oriented
