To provide customer support to banks in using the HKMA’s IT platform
To handle email and telephone enquiries related to banks
To assist in data collection and inputting
To provide administrative, clerical and logistical support to the division
To perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
At least one year of working experience
Knowledge in MS Word & Excel
Ability to conduct Chinese word-processing preferable
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organised and detail-oriented
