Our client is the leading power supply provider for worldwide top technology companies. They are currently seeking for a QA Manager to join their team.

QA Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA systems, procedures, standards, specifications, and testing parameters
• Develop and conduct Quality Assurance guidelines and standards
• Determine and establish standards of quality for products
• Follow up corrective action plans, perform risk analysis

Requirements:

• Experience in Power Electronics, Automation quality management
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Power Electronics with min. 5 years’ experience in management level
• Experience in Quality Management Programs (e.g. DQA, MQA, SQA, SQM)
• Familiar with IATF / ISO system (e.g. IATF 16949,  ISO 13485)
• Holder of CQE / CRE will be an advantage
• Excellent skills in written & spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Good communication skills, able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel and work overseas
