Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Secretary (Banking Review and Development Unit)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional secretarial support to the Banking Review and Development Unit. This includes maintaining the filing and document records, managing office supplies, making logistical arrangements, undertaking administrative duties and other duties assigned by supervisors
  • Schedule and assist with the arrangement of internal and external meetings, seminars, conferences, training classes and other events in physical and online format.
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation for business visits as needed
Requirements:
  • Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
  • At least three years of relevant experience in sizable organisations
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
  • Good communication, time-management and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of software applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
