Our client is a Multinational Energy Company, their mission is to empower their customers to meet the growing global demand for energy while transiting t to a more sustainable world. They are currently seeking for an Assistant Commercial Project Manager to join their team.
Assistant Commercial Project Manager (5 days work)
Responsibilities:
- Tender preparation, review tender terms and conditions, prepare commercial deviation and tender calculation
- Contract/Quotation preparation and order booking
- Perform project control, including cost management
- Follow up claims with customers and Project Managers
- Verify and book vendor’s invoices, prepare invoices to customers, and cash flow management
- Perform month-end closing, update business forecast and financial reports
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in large multi-national companies
- Experience in project control will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizing skill, quality-focused, self-initiative, flexible and result-driven
- Well-versed in PC applications and SAP is an additional advantage
- Immediate available will be an advantage
