Our client is a Leading Finance Company, they are currently seeking for an Associate (Administrative Support - Digitalisation Office) to join their team.
Associate (Administrative Support - Digitalisation Office)
Responsibilities:
- To provide internal administrative support to department including coordinate meeting, prepare correspondence, arrange business travel, expenses processing, training, inter- departmental logistics support and etc.
- To support project administration works including maintain finance record, procurement support, project meeting coordination, report, data input, documentation and etc.
- To support ad hoc assignment
Requirements:
- Relevant experience gained in financial institutions or sizeable companies or minimum of 3 years administrative experience in major organizations, preferably gained in financial or banking industry
- Independent, self motivated, with good analytical and interpersonal skill
- Strong PC skills ( word , excel , PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
- Experience in working in a dynamic, multinational team environment a plus
