Our client is a Leading Direct Sales Company mainly in skin care, personal care, beauty, health products , they are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team.
Customer Service Officer (5 days)
Responsibilities:
- Provide Customer Service to walk-in customers and answer phone enquiry
- Familiar with R4 Plan and ENP system.
- Facilitating the smooth operation of system of membership.
- Encodes the membership registration form in the ENP system.
- Ensures proper sales invoicing through ENP and manual cash bill for LC/RO/Online application of new members and existing members.
- Ensures receivable payment by members thru cash, check, credit cards or automatic debits.
- Ensures tallied daily sales report submitted to Finance department.
- Answer customer questions/inquires and provide information on promos, procedure and policies.
- Process stock exchange/return in accordance with Company policies.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in the frontline customer service
- Competent in using computer system
- Proficiency in Ms Words, Excel and Powerpoint
- Pleasant personality and able to interact well with all levels
- Organize, neat and able to work independently
- Uphold professional ethics, respect and observe confidentiality requirements
