Our client is a Leading Direct Sales Company mainly in skin care, personal care, beauty, health products , they are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant Manager to join their team.

Customer Service Assistant Manager ( 5 days work)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the CS team to serve distributors and customers
  • Develop close relationships with HK and Macau distributors
  • Liaise and collaborate with external parties to ensure smooth execution of order processing and merchandise delivery
  • Answer customers’ queries in WhatsApp and WeChat.  Resolve quality and delivery problems in online or retail shopping
  • Update and enforce company SOP and members handbook
  • Supervise and train team of CSOs for good manners and maintain high standards in serving customers
Requirements:
  • University degree
  • 2 years experience in managerial supervision
  • Strong organizing and planning skills
  • Excellent people skill and problem solving technique, preferably in online shopping industry
  • Willing to work after office hours and at weekends for distributor related events
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and willing to learn
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
