Our client is a Leading Finance Company, they are currently seeking for a Senior Associate / Associate (Customer Service) to join their team.
Senior Associate / Associate (Customer Service)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints through inbound and outbound calls.
- Establish and maintain good customer relationship by providing professional customer care services.
- Assist the applications under the SME Financing Guarantee Scheme ("SFGS").
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above.
- Minimum 1 year solid Customer Service experience, preferable in Call Centre and Customer Services.
- Familiar with MS Office and word processing (English & Chinese).
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Strong problem-solving skills and presentation skills.
