Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
Temporary Co-ordinator (Administration) (Sustainability and Staff Activities Unit - Team 6)
Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and logistics support for staff activities; planning and research for staff activities, green initiatives and sustainability
Provide on-site support during events and staff activities
Handle general administrative work
Provide assistance and prepare procurement applications
Check invoices and arrange payment
Undertake duties as assigned by the supervisors
Requirements:
Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
At least 1 year's relevant experience
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email system
Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Fluent Cantonese; good command of English and Putonghua
Willing to work outside normal office hours as required
