Our client is a statutory body set up by the HKSAR Government in 2001. They enable science and technology companies to nurture ideas, innovate and grow, supported by our R&D facilities, infrastructure, and services and programmes across five key technology clusters, they are currently seeking for a System Analyst to join their team.
System Analyst
Responsibilities:
Responsible for system design, technical analysis and project management
Perform project management duties and work with other teams for system integration
Work closely with vendors and user teams to consolidate requirements and deliverables
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while building strong relationships with user teams
Assist to develop and review requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations for the proposed solution from various parties
Proactive support the business objectives of Company by contributing technical advice and input as necessary
Analyze operational matrix, Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques like BI tools and dashboard
Conduct user acceptance test and user training before system go-live
Requirements:
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering or related disciplines
8 years or above experience in design, development, testing and system release in MS Dynamic CRM and API integration with various systems
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Azure system design, development and API integration
Knowledge in low code platform, C# and ability to conduct modelling in MS Power BI will be an advantage
Outstanding relationship management and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of business users to elevate the total user experience
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, mature and able to work under pressure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good command of written, spoken English and Chinese
