Assistant Manager, Administrative Services

Responsibilities:

  • Provides general administration, scheduling and travel arrangement support to senior management level staff
  • Acts as the department coordinator for business units/teams and provide administrative support on cross-team activities, events, meetings co-ordination
  • Coordinates with Government departments, customers, associations, federations and universities for senior management activities
  • Assists in managing the Corporation-wide office administrative services and initiatives, e.g. office renovation, green initiatives, communication sessions etc.
  • Coordinates for the preparation of reports, documents and presentations materials, etc. for management
  • Collaborates with other teams and stakeholders to support implementation of Corporation-wide activities
  • Performs other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Recognized tertiary education qualification or equivalent; University degree will be an advantage
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in administrative duties, experience of supporting senior management and sizable teams is preferred
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn; able to attend to details
  • Good team player and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
