Assistant Manager, Administrative Services
Responsibilities:
Provides general administration, scheduling and travel arrangement support to senior management level staff
Acts as the department coordinator for business units/teams and provide administrative support on cross-team activities, events, meetings co-ordination
Coordinates with Government departments, customers, associations, federations and universities for senior management activities
Assists in managing the Corporation-wide office administrative services and initiatives, e.g. office renovation, green initiatives, communication sessions etc.
Coordinates for the preparation of reports, documents and presentations materials, etc. for management
Collaborates with other teams and stakeholders to support implementation of Corporation-wide activities
Performs other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Recognized tertiary education qualification or equivalent; University degree will be an advantage
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in administrative duties, experience of supporting senior management and sizable teams is preferred
Self-motivated and willing to learn; able to attend to details
Good team player and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
