Our client is an authorized insurer to facilitate retirement financial planning through provision of annuity products in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking for a Business Analyst Team Leader to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an internal consultant to understand the business needs/processes;
- Manage a team of business analysts to support the project development, testing and implementation;
- Liaise with internal and/or external project teams to support project implementation and problem resolution to ensure smooth delivery of the projects;
- Prioritise tasks to achieve the team success and project excellence;
- Drive and lead business solution design to align business, operational, security and regulatory requirements;
- Participate in the whole system development life cycle, from gathering requirements, system design and analysis, development, testing, implementation, documentation to maintenance; and
- Investigate, trouble-shooting and resolving reported system issues.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science / Business Administration or related disciplines;
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial sector, preferably in life administration system development;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work under a dynamic environment and multi-tasking;
- Strong in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
- Good presentation skills;
- Excellent team player and willing to learn; and
- Credits will be given to candidates with previous exposure in actuarial, finance, risk management and compliance management.
