Senior Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the SVP.
- Assist in overseeing the coordination within the Infrastructure Financing and Securitisation Division.
- Assist in monitoring and expediting the works relating to the various committees at the executive level.
- Share departmental secretarial workload as and when required.
- Tertiary educated with a minimum of 10 years' administrative experience supporting senior management in sizable organizations.
- Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese (Putonghua a plus).
- Excellent English writing skill a big plus.
- Experience in working in a dynamic, multinational team environment a plus.
- Good team player with positive attitude and flexibility to multitask.
- Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing).
