Our client is a Global Electrical Company. They are currently seeking for a Senior Location Officer to join their team.
Senior Location Officer
Duties:
	- Manage service providers and suppliers to ensure proper service delivery
 
	- Assist department head to oversee office daily operations, carry out office renovation and improvement projects
 
	- Oversee entire payment process, make sure all orders are accurate and comply with company guidelines
 
	- Negotiate and source new vendors for lower operation costs and drive savings in real estate locations 
 
	- Ensure proper administration on contractual and service agreements for all locations Manage office supplies and stock to optimize space
 
	- Act as customer interface on day-to-day basis, collaborate with team members to deliver satisfactory services to internal customers
 
	- Ensure compliance with all defined real estate policies, local laws and EHS regulations
 
	- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by department head 
 
Requirements:
	- University graduate with at least 5 years working experiences in facility management industry
 
	- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
 
	- Knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage
 
	- Experienced in office relocation and renovation projects
 
	- Customer service focus and innovative
 
	- Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills with ability to interact with a wide range of internal stakeholders and demands
 
	- Result focus, detailed-oriented, can-do-attitude and ability of multi-tasking, strong team spirit
 
	- Well-versed in MS Office and AutoCAD applications is an advantage
 
	- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
 
	- Immediate available is highly preferred
