Part-time Human Resources Administrator

Our client is a Global Company that innovates, optimizes and drives the supply chains and marketing promotions of many of the best known brands in the world. They are now seeking a Logistics Executive, Plan & Book to join their team. 

Part-time Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative support to office operation as required 
  • Maintain proper or adequate levels at hand of all office necessities and supplies 
  • General clerical duties and assist HR Admin. support (i.e. Company activities and events, Travel arrangements for Regional team, Leave record maintenance, etc.) 
  • Monitor and maintain leave and attendance records  Manage inquiries to and from vendors, service contractors 
  • Greet and handle guests and visitors 
  • Ad hoc duties 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferably in HR Management
  • 2-3 years or above experience in HR & Admin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Good oral and written English and Cantonese
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to learn, organized and team player
  • Dynamic, polite, approachable and able to work indepndently
  • Immediate Available will be advantage
