Temporary Co-ordinator (Administration) Events Unit (Team 4)

Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Co-ordinator (Administration) Events Unit (Team 4) 
 
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and logistics support for business seminars, meetings and staff activities 
  • Provide on-site support during events 
  • Handle general administrative work 
  • Prepare procurement applications 
  • Check invoices and arrange payment 
  • Undertake duties as assigned by the supervisors 
Requirements:
  • Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
  • At least 1 year's relevant experience
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email system
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Fluent Cantonese; good command of English and Putonghua
  • Willing to work outside normal office hours as required
