Temporary Co-ordinator (Administration) - Procurement Office (Team 3)

Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Co-ordinator (Administration) - Procurement Office (Team 3)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, seek quotations and arrange procurements  
  • Issue purchase orders and perform invoice matching  
  • Coordinate with users and supplies for printing orders  
  • Consolidate statistical reports  
  • Maintain filing records and supplier database  
  • Assist with inventory checking and stores control  
  • General administrative and logistics support
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination.  
  • Two years’ relevant experience preferred  
  • Versed with accounting / mathematics and good command of English and Chinese  
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing  
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills  
  • Able to work under pressure and independently  
  • Willing to work overtime when required
