Provide professional secretarial support to the supervisor
Work independently on administration and logistics for arranging internal and external meetings, seminars, conferences, training classes and other events in physical and online format.
Propose and prepare administrative documents and correspondences for meetings / events and office management
Maintain amicable and close relationship with external parties, such as executive of senior executives and directors of commercial and government organisations, and internal departments
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation for business visits
Manage the database and systems for records
Maintain office supplies
Undertake data inputting and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
University degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
At least five years' relevant experience in sizable organisations
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good communication, time-management and organisational skills
Excellent knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office, Chinese word-processing, Powerpoint, Excel and software applications in relation to photo editing and graphics
