Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
Temporary Co-ordinator (External)
Responsibilities:
Administrative assistance for meetings, including preparation of meeting folders and arrangements for overseas trips, and logistical support for seminars and meetings organised by the HKMA
General administrative and secretarial work including conference room booking, scheduling, word processing, filing, and other tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese word processing and email system
One year’s relevant work experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
