Our client is a global bus manufacturer who has a comprehensive and versatile product range for every aspect and application of modern bus operation. They are currently seeking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.

Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage goods in receiving to include receiving deliveries, goods condition inspection and allocating parts to bin locations and purchase orders
• Manage goods out deliveries to include picking and packing parts from the warehouse to meet customer orders and organising delivery to customers
• Responsible for effective warehouse/store inventory management
• Ensure cycle counts and stock takes take place
• Identify part shortages and ensure demand is raised if required
• Make sure the warehouse is kept clean and tidy
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by management

​​​​​​Requirements:

• Experience in Warehouse management preferably in manufacturing/automotive industry
• Holder of Forklift License will be an advantage, but not necessary
• Good knowledge in technical/mechanical fields preferable
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
• Experience in managing SKU’s
• Experience in SAGE or other MRP system (SAP/ORACLE)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Responsible, good time management, self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable
