Our client is a wholesale trading company specializing in fragrance and beauty products.
Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assisting CEO in managing correspondence between a few select customers & suppliers
- Enquiries & offers, analyzing market prices, negotiating and following up via message, email & phone.
- Recording contact information of new leads
- Managing CEO’s calendar & booking appointments
- Organize & file physical mail of the CEO’s
- Manage, compose & reply some emails.
- Manage CEO’s social media projects (Instagram, Facebook..etc.)
- Manage the company’s b2b online profiles and digital marketing
- Facilitate communication between the CEO & his tenants
- Other basic secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
Requirements:
- HKDSE or above.
- With at least 1 years relevant working experience is preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google G suite, Gmail (especially Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets)
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Detail oriented, organized, mature thinking and strong communication skills
- Handle work with high confidentiality
- Goal orientated & ambitious.
- Positive & proactive
- Works well with others
