Our client is leading real estate development, commercial building management and investments in the finance sector ranging from private equity to IPO’s in various markets. They are currently seeking for a Financial Controller to join their team.

Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for company’s financial and accounting related work
• Formulate internal control and audit system 
• Monitor and analyze data for chairman’s decisions 
• Assess monthly cost and cash flow and prepare financial forecasts 
• Coordinate annual audit and prepare tax computation for tax reporting

​​​​​​Requirements:

• Hong Kong or Mainland University degree holder in Accounting or Finance or equivalent disciplines, preferably HKICPA/ACCA
• Minimum 5 years working experience of accounting in financial industry
• Familiar with Hong Kong accounting standards and listing rules
• Good communication, responsible and self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
