Our client is a global bus manufacturer who has a comprehensive and versatile product range for every aspect and application of modern bus operation. They are currently seeking for a Warehouse Manager to join their team.

Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for effective warehouse / store inventory management and ensure data are up-to-date and accurate by ensuring physical counts and stockholding reconciliation
• Manage and monitor store in / out material movement accurately in production timing
• Monitor, manage and maintain physical store physical condition by planning and implementation new layout plan for space effectiveness
• Study, plan to ensure space are utilized effectively for storage and plan for future extension plan
• Complete and ensure store operation requirement by scheduling and assigning manpower follow-up for work result
• Coaching, counseling, discipline, planning, for store overall aspects
• Prepare / produce reports / statistics on time; in / out status, shortage, excess report and relates documents

​​​​​​Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management with Logistics or related fields
• Experience in Warehouse management and preferably in manufacturing / automotive industry / MNC
• Good knowledge in technical/mechanical fields preferable
• Good computer skills in MS office
• Experience in managing SKU
• Experience in SAGE
• Strong communication  and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Responsible, good time management, self-motivated, Flexible and adaptable
