Our client is a well-known and sizable Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidates for the following vacancy:

Temporary Assistant Officer (Financial Infrastructure Development)

Responsibilities:

• To prepare statistical and MIS reports of payment systems for monitoring and analysis
• To prepare materials for presentation and publicity, including preparation of animation for promoting Hong Kong’s financial infrastructure
• To assist in organizing seminars and publicity events in promoting Hong Kong’s financial infrastructure
• To conduct local/overseas market intelligence research in relation to payment systems and industry trends
• To provide administrative and secretarial support to the division (e.g. arrangement of meetings and seminars, and undertaking filing work)

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, business administration or related disciplines preferred
• At least three years relevant working experience preferred
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Powtoon (i.e. video creation tool)
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Knowledge and experience in number crunching and data analysis a plus
