Our client is a Financial Institution, they are currently seeking for a Manager (Human Resources) to join their team.
Manager (Human Resources) (1-year contract)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in various human resources functions including recruitment, benefits administration, performance management and staff training;
- Prepare and review HR reports;
- Provide employee relations related support including staff activities and newsletters;
- Provide administrative and office support; and
- Assist in various HR projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in relevant discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources Management;
- 5 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources;
- Meticulous and attentive to detail;
- Proactive and being a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Excellent people and communication skills; and
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Immediate Availability is an advantage
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
