Our client is a leading diamond manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers, they invite bright and energetic candidates for the following vacancy: 
 
Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Handle daily clerical duties such as data entry, filing and scanning documents
  • Perform daily accounting routines such as handling invoices, payments, receipts & posting
  • Support operations by filing documents, reconciling statements, etc.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
  • F.6 or above
  • Minimum 1 year related experience in Administration field
  • Accurate and efficient typing skill, proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Attention to detail, diligent and able to work independently
