Our client is an autonomous regulatory authority responsible for the regulation, supervision and inspection of all the British Virgin Islands financial services. They are currently seeking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Administrative Assistant (1-year contract)

Responsibilities
  • Provide full range of administrative support to office to the management
  • Assist in daily operation of reception including answering incoming calls and email enquiries
  • Assist in meeting preparation such as catering order and printing materials
  • Handle daily clerical duties such as data entry, filing and scanning documents
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
  • Diploma or above with minimum 3 years administrative experience
  • Accurate and efficient typing skill, proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Attention to detail, diligent and able to work independently
