Our client is a leading diamond manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers, they invite bright and energetic candidates for the following vacancy: 
 
Administrative Assistant (Personal Assistant)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director to handle daily correspondence and email communication in both English and Chinese
  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Director in both business activities and personal matter
  • Manage and organize daily schedules, business appointment, travel arrangements and accommodation
  • Provide general office administrative & clerical support
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
  • F.6 or above with minimum 1 year related working experience
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Keen attention to detail, be highly organized, and have strong follow-up
  • Able to work independently
