Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Contact and handle customer enquiry
- Identify inquiry and assign to sales
- Build system to monitor the process of renovation project
- Assist sales department to achieve sales target
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend actions to sales operations
- Prepare quality reports for management
- Achieve KPI as assigned by supervisor
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications
- 6 days work
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
