Our client is a leading financial institution, they are currently seeking for a Junior Researcher to join their team.
Receptionist
Responsibilities
- Handle daily operation of reception including answering incoming calls and greeting guest;
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails and courier arrangement;
- Responsible for the inventory of general office supplies management, including stationeries, envelopes, name card and pantry items ordering, etc;
- Maintain the tidiness of reception area, conference rooms, pantry and office library;
- Coordinate with service provider to arrange office cleaning service, repairs and maintenance of office equipment;
- Handle staff reimbursement;
- Responsible for staff travel arrangement, including flights, accommodation reservation and other logistics arrangement;
- Draft and distribute general office memos and correspondence;
- Assist in staff activities and company events, including venue set up and food ordering, etc;
- Manage company car and driver’s record;
- Manage staff attendance and leave record;
- Handle general clerical duties, including data entry, invoice/billing checking, filing;
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- F.6 / F.7 or above
- At least 1 years related experience in office
- Excellent team work, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Immediate available is highly pref
