Our client is a listed company in Hong Kong with alternative asset management as its core business, they are currently seeking for an Administrative Clerk (Financial & Legal) to join their team.

Administrative Clerk (Financial & Legal)


Responsibilities:
  • Undertake filing, scanning and data entry work
  • Handle incoming and outgoing letters/parcels within the office building
  • Manage documents and handle other clerical duties for the team

Requirements:
  • Diploma or above with a minimum of 3 years practical experience in clerical work in a sizeable company, preferably in Financial / Legal field
  • Accurate and efficient typing skill, proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Teamwork spirit, meticulous, detail-minded, diligent and able to work independently
