Our client is a Leading Finance Company, they are currently seeking for an Office Assistant to join their team.
辦公室助理(合約)
職責:
- 處理郵件、文件送遞、入票及外勤工作
- 提供茶水服務,整理茶水間及有關物資
- 提供辦公室支援,包括會議室設置、協助處理及監督「服務承辦商」有關辦公室清潔及設備維修等事宜
- 安排分派文儀用品、點存供應物資之存倉數量
- 安排會議室,包括搬動會議室間板、桌椅等
- 需與其他分區同事聯繫日常工作及按工作需要被分派到其他分區地點支援
- 需要時協助及支援接待處運作
- 其他指派工作
要求:
- 具相關工作經驗
- 能讀寫中文及閱讀英文
- 持有效駕駛執照者為佳
