Our client is a Leading Finance Company, they are currently seeking for an Administrative Assistant (Technical Support) to join their team.
Administration Assistant (Technical Support)
Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support on various systems such as telephone, office security, audio visual equipment in meeting rooms;
- To assist in office administrative functions including office fitting-out works, property management, workplace safety, office relocation and maintenance;
- To review, formulate and implement policies and procedures related to administrative functions;
- To assist in procurement and tender exercise of office systems and equipment; and
- To assist in corporate projects and assignments from time to time.
Requirements:
- TI / IVE
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in office administration; knowledge in IT is advantage;
- Proactive and being a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Excellent people and communication skills; and
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
