Our client is a Leading Finance Company, they are currently seeking for a (Associate (Administration and Human Resources) - 1-year contract) to join their team.

Associate (Administration and Human Resources) - 1-year contract


Responsibilities:
  • To assist in office administrative functions including office fitting-out works, property management, workplace safety, office relocation and maintenance; 
  • To review, formulate and implement policies and procedures related to administrative functions; 
  • To assist in procurement and tender exercise of office systems and equipment; and 
  • To assist in corporate projects and assignments from time to time. 
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in relevant discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources Management; 
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in HR & office administration; 
  • Hands-on experience in office fitting-out works & relocation and upgrade of office systems (including phone, AV and office security) is an advantage; 
  • Proactive and being a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility; 
  • Excellent people and communication skills; and 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
