Our client is a Financial Institution, they are currently seeking for a Deputy Manager (Administration and Human Resources Department) to join their team.

Deputy Manager (Administration and Human Resources Department)
 
Responsibilities:
  • Handle office administrative functions including property management, office security, workplace safety, office relocation and maintenance;
  • Manage procurement and tender exercise of office systems and equipment and liaise with vendors and external parties as necessary;
  • Assist in corporate projects and assignments from time to time;
  • Handle office administration duties to support the office manager; and
  • Such other duties and tasks as the (HKMC) may consider appropriate and assign from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in relevant discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Management;
  • A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in office administration;
  • Proactive and being a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good people and communication skills; and
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
