Associate Director / Director - Product Portfolio Management
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieve sustainable business results for assigned Product Management portfolio with focus on ILAS
- Develop strategies and initiatives to achieve related business goals including sales mix, fund mix, sales and profits, working closely with distribution, including roadshows, workshops etc.
- Develop and rollout sales concepts for full range of assigned product portfolio and its products and propositions
- Responsible to ensure continual compliance of ILAS portfolio (including ILAS funds) with applicable regulatory compliance
- Lead product and proposition design as well as ILAS fund portfolio management, focusing on customer needs and balancing various stakeholders' viewpoints
- Manage and coordinate product and fund development process, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensure quality and efficient deliverables;
- Monitor and follow up product project plan deliverables including early notification of problems and risk mitigation strategies;
- Assist CMO and / or Head of Product Management to formulate and execute product strategy and communications to channels
- Undertake post implementation reviews and ongoing tracking on products' competitiveness;
- Prepare submission and obtain approval of product materials for regulatory review;
- Provide product related functional support for management related
- Lead / Assist in any ad hoc projects / marketing campaigns and provide support as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate or above, preferably in Marketing / Statistics / Actuarial / Business Administration / Investment or related discipline;
- Insurance industry professional qualifications (e.g. LOMA, CFA etc.) is an advantage;
- At least 10-12 years’ working experience in life insurance product management, including relevant ILAS management experience;
- Proactive and self-motivated in driving for results and continuously improved performance;
- Attentive to details with strong capabilities in project execution and management, able to work under pressure and strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong team work and build constructive professional relationship with different stakeholders and distribution channels;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
