Temporary Assistant Officer (Risk Management & Compliance Division)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general secretarial duties including word processing; maintaining filing system; logistic arrangements; proactive diary management of two division heads, prepare travel/trip arrangements, administrative duties and other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- University Degree preferred
- 5 years or above secretarial experience
- Good Knowledge of software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Typing speed of 50 w.p.m. or above
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
