Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the CEO
- Provide full spectrum of administration duties including but not limited to office management such as setting new system, preparing monthly on-duty roster and managing daily office operation
- Provide support on full range of HR services including but not limited to recruitment, benefits administration, staff relations and performance management
- Responsible for daily accounting operation including liaise with accounting firm on monthly report preparation, organize a systematic KPI & reporting system, prepare cheque and control online banking and prepare quotation & invoice
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the CEO
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- At least 3-5 years of administration management experience
- Solid experience to handle boss' personal and family matters
- Mature, self-motivation and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Patient, excellent attention to details with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
