Our client is a lighting distributor, they are currently seeking for an Administrative Officer to join their team.
Administrative Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide ordering support such as invoicing, payment & follow up work with suppliers
- Coordinate forwarder for US import shipping arrangement
- In charge of office administrative procedures, including procurement and supplies, office equipment maintenance, leasing and renewal matters
- Maintain office tidiness and a systematic filing system for smooth and efficient office operations
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
- Assist ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or equivalent
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Excellent communication skills with good telephone manner
- Detail-minded, well-organized, responsible and self-motivated
