Administrative Assistant (Policy Admin)

Our client is a Leading General & Life Insurance Company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Administrative Assistant - Policy owners Service (5-day work)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle policy alterations, reinstatement and financial transactions including loan, surrender and unit subscription and redemption
  • Handle unit-linked related transactions
  • Assist in handling premium collection matters including checking and clearing suspense in policies and verifying the premium allocation
  • Follow up routine operational reports for policy alterations
  • Prepare outgoing correspondences
  • Handle enquiries from agents and brokersParticipate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or above, university graduated is preferable
  • Minimum 2 years experience in life insurance field with relevant experience in handling policy alteration requests or unit-link transactions
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and work under pressure
  • High degree of responsibility
  • Able to identify problem and suggest ways for solving the problems
  • Good software skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
