Our client is a HK based startup providing homeowners engineer-matching and consultancy services.
Account Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ calls and follow up enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally
- Prepare sales reports, sales orders and quotations
- Responsible for contract review, sales meeting, sales order processing and sales report analysis
- Maintain good relationship with existing clients and develop new accounts
- Coordinate between internal departments and clients to ensure timely delivery
- Shift duty and outdoor work are required
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- F.6 or above
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in customer service/tele sales/sales or related fields, preferably in Interior Design industry
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Immediate Available is an advantage
- 5.5 - 6 days’ work, Shift duty
