Our client is a HK based startup providing homeowners engineer-matching and consultancy services.

Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ calls and follow up enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally
• Prepare sales reports, sales orders and quotations
• Responsible for contract review, sales meeting, sales order processing and sales report analysis
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients and develop new accounts
• Coordinate between internal departments and clients to ensure timely delivery
• Shift duty and outdoor work are required
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned  

Requirements:

• F.6 or above
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in customer service/tele sales/sales or related fields, preferably in Interior Design industry
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Immediate Available is an advantage
• 5.5 - 6 days’ work, Shift duty
