Our client is a Japan based architectural and interior construction company in Hong Kong.
Project Manager / Assistant Manager (F&B Fitting out Project)
Responsibilities:
To coordinate with client for daily maintenance
To supervise overall site activities
To manage costs in order to ensure the project is executed within budget
To communicate with mainland factory staff regarding material handling, quality control and furniture production.
Managing, scheduling, budgeting with sub-contractors, vendors and consultants.
To organize and in charge of any necessary meetings related to projects and review of finishing samples, shop drawing with clients, contractors and landlord
Requirements:
Degree holder in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines.
At least 5 years' experience in handling F&B fitting out projects.
Strong communication organization, time management, inter-personal skills, and be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, Email & AutoCAD
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
