Our client is a leading multinational online gaming company that focuses on Japanese market.

Customer Support Agent (Japanese Speaking)
 
Duties:
  • Nurture player relationships via e-mail and live chat
  • Resolve customer queries and issues
  • Assist in the alignment of promotions across all customer communication channels
  • Receive, handle, and translate customers’ KYC documents
  • Assist in English to Japanese translation work for new games and promotions
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • Native Japanese speaking and writing skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivate and able to work under pressure
  • Customer-oriented
