Customer Support Agent (Japanese Speaking)
Duties:
- Nurture player relationships via e-mail and live chat
- Resolve customer queries and issues
- Assist in the alignment of promotions across all customer communication channels
- Receive, handle, and translate customers’ KYC documents
- Assist in English to Japanese translation work for new games and promotions
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Native Japanese speaking and writing skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivate and able to work under pressure
- Customer-oriented
